Greek Yogurt is a common home remedy for yeast infections that helps with the growth of good bacteria in the vagina. Apply it directly on the area will help soothe the itching.
Taking a baking soda can help fight yeast infection and decrease skin irritation. A study published in 2013 found that the antifungal properties present in baking soda kill the cells that cause a yeast infection. Add 2 cups of baking soda to your bath and allow it to mix with water. Soak in for 20-40 minutes before getting out.
Apple Cider Vinegar Bath
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) just like baking soda has antibacterial and antifungal properties that help prevent the growth of bacteria. Put half a cup of ACV into your bath water and soak in the bath for 20-40 minutes. It will help provide relief and fight the infection.
