Coconut Oil

According to a study published in the journal Scientifica, coconut oil can kill yeast infections and help with vaginal itching. Use pure coconut oil and insert it directly in your vagina. You might want to wear a pad to avoid getting stains on your clothing. 

Greek Yogurt 

YOGURT

Greek Yogurt is a common home remedy for yeast infections that helps with the growth of good bacteria in the vagina. Apply it directly on the area will help soothe the itching. 

Baking Soda 

Taking a baking soda can help fight yeast infection and decrease skin irritation. A study published in 2013 found that the antifungal properties present in baking soda kill the cells that cause a yeast infection. Add 2 cups of baking soda to your bath and allow it to mix with water. Soak in for 20-40 minutes before getting out. 

Apple Cider Vinegar Bath 

VINEGAR BATH

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) just like baking soda has antibacterial and antifungal properties that help prevent the growth of bacteria. Put half a cup of ACV into your bath water and soak in the bath for 20-40 minutes. It will help provide relief and fight the infection.
